GlowAppsy provides tailored digital concept design sessions and interactive consultations focused on luminous interface elements. Each service is delivered via scheduled online meetings or collaborative workspaces.

2.2 Scheduling and Rescheduling

Clients may request a schedule change up to 48 hours before the session start time. Once confirmed, sessions may be shifted to a new date based on availability. To request a shift, please Contact Us with your booking details.

2.3 No-Refund Services

Certain custom design consultations initiate upon confirmation and are not eligible for refunds. This policy ensures that our creative team can allocate time and resources without compromise. Clients retain the right to shift sessions as outlined above but cannot seek refunds once a session is confirmed.

3.1 Content Access

We offer digital guides and templates showcasing glowing micro-concept designs. Access is granted immediately after full payment.

3.2 Refund Policy for Info Products

If you have not downloaded or accessed the digital content, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase. To initiate a refund, please Contact Us with your order reference. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 10 business days.

4.2 Refund Process for Goods
